Can I return or cancel my order?
To accommodate the current demand and due to the unique nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review all photos and reach out with any questions before making a purchase. We are more than happy to provide you with additional photos/videos.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via USPS. I ship domestically with standard rates applying. Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Where do you source your items from?
I source my products from a variety of places that include local consignment shops, local vendors, and online third-party platforms.
How can I determine the condition of the item?

Please keep in mind that I specialize in pre-loved designer handbags which range from “Like New” to “Fair” condition.
